Wednesday we made our way to Zion's national park. On our way from Williams, AZ to the park we passed over the dam that helps to create Lake Powell.

We arrived and then made our way to the Narrows. A corridor in a narrow canyon with a small stream running between. You can actually start up the canyon and make your way down if you have a guide and no small kids, but for us we started at the bottom where you can make your way up a couple of miles and then turn around and go back. That is what worked for us, but we do want to return in the future when our kids are a older and do the whole shebang!
After the narrows we went to the hotel in the small town in the park - Springdale, UT. It is a cute little place with a lot of great restaurants. Time to rest up for another day at Zion!
